Refund & Exchange Policy – Ansari Health Tips

We aim to provide our customers with genuine Ayurvedic products and a smooth shopping experience.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a refund or exchange within 2–3 days of delivery.

Refund / Exchange Eligibility

  • Applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Request must be made within 2–3 days of receiving the order.

  3. Once verified, we’ll process refund or replacement within 5–7 working days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or UPI within 5–10 working days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered Ayurvedic products

  • Free consultation services

Note

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept product returns after opening or usage.
